In an effort to make his bureaucrats more efficient, the mayor of a Russian town has banned the following phrases:
I don't know
I can't
What can we do?
It's not my job
It's impossible
I'm having lunch
There is no money
I was away/sick/on vacation
If those words are uttered, then they risk losing their job. I don't know about you, but I'd be out of a job the first day. And not just because I'm lazy (which I admittedly am), but because some of those are valid "excuses."
