Cara Beth Satalino is a singer-songwriter based out of Athens, GA. See, I do like American artists! Not to discount her at all (because I love what I've heard so far), but she could easily be classified as another Grey's Girl in the vain of Feist, Regina Spektor and Ingrid Michaelson.
