Weird as this may be, I LOVE soymilk, but I think it ruins the taste of coffee drinks, just like non-fat milk does. Coffee requires either regular milk (1 or 2% is fine), or nothing, baby!
Starbucks uses Silk's vanilla soy milk, so it makes the drink that much sweeter.To each their own, though. :)
