Auf Wiedersehen?

Rumors are circulating that the next installment of Bravo's mega-successful Project Runway could be strutting out sans Tim Gunn. Contracts have been finalized with Heidi Klum, Michael Kors and Nina Garcia. So why is there no contract in place for the designers' mentor? While everyone seems to be skirting the question, the most likely factor is Tim's job at Parson's. He will not be giving up his day job for a television show, so the earliest that production could begin is in May of next year. So it looks as though Bravo has a choice to make: Forge ahead with the fourth season and risk alienating fans of Gunn - or - put the show on hold and have a higher quality and far more enjoyable show.

Personally, I think that they should wait for Tim. One would be foolish not to realize just how integral he is to the show. He brings much needed commentary, humor and wit, and I fear the show may crumble without him. Bravo will be making a big mistake if they don't hold out for him.

What are your thoughts? Do you think Project Runway would be worth watching w/o Tim? Would you watch it?

Oh they would be insane to loose him from the show! I for one would have a hard time watching without him! Ok well I might watch but he IS one of the best parts of the show.

I agree, Tim must be on the show. His dry humor is the icing on the cake.
