I've only heard the one song from D.C.-based rock band These United States, but it's good enough for me to recommend you keep your ear out for more from the group. Jesse Elliott commissioned some 30+ area musicians to create their debut album, A Picture Of The Three Of Us At The Gate To The Garden Of Eden. It is due for release early next month (March 4th for those of you in the US). The lead single, First Sight, is a decent pop song and introduction (the remainder of their work may not be as easily accessible).For more songs + tour dates, check them out over on MySpace.
