So yesterday was just one of those days. I felt like shit and I let stupid stuff get to me. After work I met a friend for a bite to eat and then some others for a couple drinks at a local bar. It was relaxing, which was just what I needed. Today I felt much, much better.

it's so much better to let the petty stuff go. sometimes it's hard when you're caught up in the moment, but nothing beats the feeling of just not giving a shit about it and letting it go.

When I get depressed, I always feel better after a good workout or tennis game. Except if I lose.
